HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS

° 1 lb hamburger

° 1 piece onion

° 1 piece Green pepper

° 1/8 cup salt & pepper

° 2 cup Butter

° 1/4 c. aucre

° 2 cans CAMPBELL'S Condensed Tomato Soup

° 8 bacon piieces, cooked

° 2 cups old cheddar

° 4 pieces bread, passed through a food processor to making bread-crumbs

° 1/3 cup butter, melt

° 380 g egg noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet, sauté beef and onion in 2 Tbsp. to s. butter and seasoning with 2 tbsp. to s. of salt and pepper, until the beef becomes lightly browned. Crumble the beef constantly with a fork. Drain the meat when cooked, and return it to the pan.

Add the two cans of tomato soup, green pepper and sugar to the pan. Simmer for 15 minutes.

In a big pot, cooking noodles. Drainage .

In a saucepan, put the hamburger mixture, and pour the 2 cups of cheddar cheese and the chopped bacon.

Add the noodles to the pot, and combine the hamburger and cheddar mixture.

Garnish with fresh breadcrumbs, and drizzle 1/3 cup of melted butter.

Bake in a saucepan, covered, at 175 ° C (350 ° F) for 45 minutes. Removing cover during last 16 min of cook .
