Chunky Monkey Brownies
INGREDIENTS

° 2 cups Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour (bleached flour hardens baked goods)

° 1 ½ cup packed brown sugar

° ½ cup white sugar

° 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened

° 2 large eggs

° ¼ tsp. Salt

° 2 teaspoons of vanilla

° ½ cup banana, mashed with a fork (about a medium to large banana)

° 10 oz. Hershey’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Fondant (or 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips)

° ¼ cup NestlĂ© chocolate chips for top

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine butter, eggs, sugars, salt and vanilla with an electric mixer until well combined.

Add the flour, mashed bananas and fondants (or chocolate chips).

Stirring with a wooden spoon to blend .

Spraying 9 13-inch glass baking plate with cooking spraying .

Sprinkle brownie blending to prepared pan.

Smooth top with a knife

Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Baking at 350 ° for 31 to 41 min until light browned & a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Permit cooled totaly before cutting to bars.
