Ingredients:
1.5 lbs flank steak (680g)
1/4 cup orange juice (60ml)
1/4 cup lime juice (60ml)
2 tbsp soy sauce (30ml)
3 tbsp olive oil (45ml)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin (2.3g)
1 tsp chili powder (2.3g)
1 tsp smoked paprika (2.3g)
8 small corn tortillas
Directions:
Pound steak to an even thickness.
Mix orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika in a bag.
Marinate steak for 4-12 hours.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Grill steak 5-7 minutes per side.
Let steak rest, then chop into small pieces.
Warm tortillas on the grill.
Assemble tacos with steak, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
