🌯 Beef Chimichangas Delight 🌯


Juicy chili-braised beef chimichangas, baked or air-fried to golden perfection, topped with tangy green chili sour cream sauce.


Ingredients:


2 cups shredded beef (500g)

6 flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (120g)

1 cup cooked rice (200g)

1 cup black beans (240g)

1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)

Directions:


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lay tortillas flat, add rice, beans, beef, and cheese.

Fold in sides and roll up.

Brush with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes, broil for extra crispiness.

Serve with green chili sauce.
