🥔 Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges 🥔🧄

Crispy baked potato wedges with a savory garlic and Parmesan coating, perfect as a side or snack!


Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes (about 2 lbs)

¼ cup olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Prepare Potatoes:

Wash and scrub 4 large russet potatoes.

Cut each potato into wedges (8 per potato).

Season Potatoes:

In a large bowl, combine ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper.

Add potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.

Coat with Parmesan:

Sprinkle ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss to ensure even coating.

Bake:


Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Garnish & Serve:


Remove from the oven and sprinkle with 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

Serve immediately, warm, with your favorite dipping sauce.
